Management Capacity Building Training Program, Mysore: A Journey of Growth

From August 15-17, 2024, CRWI hosted a Management Capacity Building Training Program at Prabhodhana, the Theologate of the Pallottines in Mysore. The program brought together 19 participants from various religious organizations, including the CRWI team, for an enriching experience focused on project management.

The first day began with a warm welcome and a spiritual start through the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Participants engaged in an ice-breaking session that set a collaborative tone for the training. The day featured insightful presentations on CRWI’s vision, mission, and ongoing projects, as well as an inspiring showcase of the SLYI project implementations across different Centres.

On the second day, the focus was on skill development and strategic planning. Participants delved into the concept of SKILL NET, emphasizing collective growth and economic sustainability. They were tasked with identifying the needs of their respective Centres and developing actionable strategies.

This training program not only provided valuable knowledge and skills but also fostered a spirit of collaboration and mutual support. Participants left with a renewed commitment to their mission and the tools to make a greater impact in their communities.
