Executive Director, CRWI Projects
Sr. Molly is a Community Development Specialist. In 2023 she has been selected as the Executive Director for the CRWI Projects. She has been a professed sister for 28 years in the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians (MSMHC). In the Congregation, she has been the Councillor for the Social Apostolate for 4 years and the Councillor for Finance for 4 years, coordinating all the social development work and financial management. She has completed her MSW as a Gold Medallist from the Assam Don Bosco University. She has been a Chief Coordinator in Bala Vikasa Social Service Society for 4 years and Assistant Director (Finance) & Project Manager in the Women Oriented Rural Development Society for 5 years. She was also most recently the Assistant Director, Finance Officer and Project Coordinator for Center for Development Initiatives (CDI) in Guwahati.
Lead Researcher
Fr. (Dr.) Paul Pudussery, CSC, is an academician and researcher specializing in the philosophy of education and social sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Education and has focused his scholarly work on the intersection of Catholic pedagogical traditions and the contemporary Indian educational context.
His research and writings explore themes such as mission integrity in education, emphasizing teaching as a transformative vocation rather than a commercial service. He has authored several articles and papers addressing the ethical implications of technology in education and the challenges of safeguarding objective truth in today’s “post-truth” era.
In addition to his research and writing, Fr. Paul serves as an educational consultant, offering intellectual and strategic guidance to religious and academic institutions across India. His current academic interest focuses on promoting a vision of educational renewal that integrates scientific inquiry with strong spiritual and moral formation.
Lead Researcher
Sr. Mary Paul, FCC (Sr. Mary K.P.) is an experienced academician with over 22 years of teaching and administrative experience in higher education and school education across India. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Madras, an M.A. from Mahatma Gandhi University, and a B.A. from Nagaland University.
She has served in several academic and leadership roles, including Associate Professor at Don Bosco College, Maram (Manipur), Principal at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Churachandpur, and Headmistress at St. Paul’s High School, Nagaland. She has also worked as Lecturer and Assistant Teacher in institutions in Assam, Manipur, and Nagaland.
Sr. Mary Paul has actively participated in national academic forums and presented research papers on ageing, elderly care, and diaspora studies. Her academic interests include sociology of ageing, elderly care, diaspora studies, and community development. She continues to contribute to education and research with dedication and commitment.
Research Coordinator
Sr. Vijo Arul Selvi is a member of the Clarist Franciscan Missionaries of the Most Blessed Sacrament. She holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics (University Gold Medalist) from Assam Don Bosco University and a B.Ed. (University Gold Medalist) from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Mathematics. In 2025, she completed a six-month Visiting Scholar Program at the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate (CARA), Georgetown University, USA.
Sr. Vijo has served in educational leadership roles as Vice Principal of St. Clare’s Convent Senior Secondary School, Guwahati, and Principal of St. Francis’ Higher Secondary School, Smit, Shillong. She is actively involved in accompanying youth, teachers, and religious through formation and leadership development initiatives.
She currently serves as Research Coordinator at the Center for Research on Religious India (CeRRI), a unit of the Conference of Religious Women India (CRWI), and also serves as Spiritual Guide to the novices in her congregation. Her ministry integrates academic excellence, research, and faith-based formation through retreats, leadership programs, and spiritual accompaniment.
Finance Manager
Jomit Mathew is a highly experienced accounting and financial management professional within the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector, possessing over ten years of experience. Beginning his career as a junior accountant in 2010, he progressed to the role of National Accountant at Hope of Children in 2020, a prominent NGO comprising 8,000 volunteers nationwide.
Mr. Mathew holds a Bachelor's degree from Sikkim Manipal University and a Master's degree in from the Asian Theological Association, uniquely blending theological insight with practical NGO accounting expertise. He demonstrates proficiency in financial operations, accounting procedures, regulatory compliance, Tally, and the Microsoft Office Suite. He is adept at maintaining meticulous financial records and producing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

MIS Cordinator
Asha Mundackal serves as the MIS Coordinator at the Conference of Religious Women India (CRWI). She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and has completed a Computer Teacher Training Course, equipping her with a strong foundation in information technology and digital systems. Asha brings a diverse professional background with over 15 years of experience across education, administration, and organizational operations. She has six years of teaching experience in different states of India, where she developed strong pedagogical and technical skills in computer education. She also has seven years of experience in school administration, contributing to institutional management, coordination, and operational efficiency. Additionally, she worked for two years with the Kerala State Cooperative Consumers’ Federation (Consumerfed), gaining valuable experience in organizational operations and public service. Her core strengths include computer applications, administrative coordination, institutional management, and organizational support, making her an integral part of CRWI’s efforts in strengthening data management and operational systems.
Research Coordinator
Sr. Lavina Rodrigues a member of Apostolic Carmel Congregation belongs to Eastern Province Served in the field of Formation: as in charge of Aspirants, Assistant Novice Directress, Novice Directress, in charge of Junior Sisters. Presently renders valuable services as an Assistant Programme Manager at CRWI administrative Office.
Media Coordinator
Pavil Nithin R is associated with the Conference of Religious Women India (CRWI), Bengaluru, supporting media coordination, communication, and programme initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and English Literature from Mysore University and a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from IGNOU, along with a Bachelor of Philosophy from Don Bosco College, Aluva.
He has experience in social work, media coordination, youth formation, and teaching, having served with Don Bosco institutions and as an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Don Bosco Degree College, Yadgiri. Pavil brings strong skills in communication, digital media, and content creation, contributing to CRWI’s outreach and communication initiatives.
He is fluent in English, Tamil, and Kannada, and is passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and youth development.

Abey Jose is a dynamic professional with over four years of experience spanning delivery management, communications, and technical support, currently serving as the Data and Communications Coordinator at the Conference of Religious Women India (CRWI). His unique blend of analytical expertise and empathetic communication skills has made him a trusted contributor to mission-driven initiatives focused on empowerment, mental health, leadership, and safeguarding within religious communities.
